These terms explain the basic rules for booking, guest eligibility, reporting times, safety compliance, and operational decisions for scuba trips in Murudeshwar and Netrani Island.
Booking confirmation
A trip is treated as confirmed only after the agreed advance is received and the team shares slot confirmation. Reporting times, package type, and any operational notes should be checked before travel.
Guest eligibility
Guests must follow the stated age and health requirements. Anyone with asthma, heart issues, recent surgery, pregnancy, seizure history, or other relevant medical conditions should disclose this before booking.
Operational authority
The dive team and local authorities may cancel, delay, or modify the trip if weather, sea state, safety conditions, or boat operations require it. Safety decisions override planned schedules.
Guest responsibilities
Guests are expected to arrive on time, follow instructor briefings, avoid false medical declarations, and use provided equipment responsibly. Alcohol, intoxication, or refusal to follow safety instructions may lead to trip refusal.
Refunds and reschedules
Refund and reschedule handling follows the published refund policy. For exact trip-day handling, guests should confirm the latest terms before paying the advance.
