Scuba Diving Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
This page gives the short policy version for advance payments, weather cancellations, and trip-date changes. If you want the full booking walkthrough, read the Murudeshwar booking guide.
Quick Answer
How the policy works
A boat seat is treated as confirmed only after the advance is paid. Weather cancellations are refunded in full, while late customer cancellations normally are not, because the team has already blocked the seat and prepared for the trip.
Advance: ₹500 per personWeather cancellation: 100% refundLate cancellation: usually non-refundable
| Scenario | What usually happens |
|---|---|
| Advance paid, slot confirmed | Seat is blocked for your date and package |
| Customer cancels more than 24 hours before trip | Advance is normally refundable |
| Customer cancels less than 24 hours before trip | Advance is normally not refundable |
| Trip cancelled for weather or unsafe sea conditions | 100% refund or date change option |
| Customer wants a date change | Possible if slots are available; call early |
Weather Rule
If the Coast Guard or dive team cancels the trip due to rough sea or unsafe weather, the advance is refunded in full or shifted to another date.
Best Practice
Call before paying, confirm the reporting time, and tell the team early if you need to reschedule. Early notice keeps your options open.
